If
you took the Alternate and Experimental 108 classroom course,
you are not required to retake any of these new Web-based courses
to issue a permit for a particular technology. However, if you
do take the new Web-based course, you will receive continuing
education credits upon successful completion of the course.
If
you have not taken the Alternate and Experimental 108 classroom
course, you will need to successfully complete the Web-based course
before independently issuing a permit for the particular technology,
as long as the DEP alternate and experimental guidance requires
you to take the course.
